  oh.. atkins? when he was hit by a car and died? he was on his "diet" and the autopsy showed that his blood was almost toxic and his heart arteries were almost 100% clogged.. he would have died within 2 months if he wasn't hit by a car anyway

  oh yah.. thing about crash diets or "effective" diets is that they mess up your metabolic rate and you're possibly screwed for life.. that's why lots of women have sensitive stomachs and yoyo weight loss/gain patterns..
